De la glace, nous voulons toujours en manger. En tout cas ma fille, c\u2019est s\u00fbr\u00a0! Lorsque la temp\u00e9rature monte au-dessus de 20 degr\u00e9s, qu’il ne pleut pas et qu’il ne neige pas, je c\u00e8de aussi parfois \u00e0 la tentation. Pour changer des glaces achet\u00e9es et parfois trop ch\u00e8res, nous avons essay\u00e9 la glace maison\u00a0!<\/strong> Cette glace sans sorbeti\u00e8re est un parfait glac\u00e9 <\/strong>(Semifreddo<\/em>) et se pr\u00e9pare rapidement. <\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n M\u00e9langer les framboises et la vanille soit avec les jaunes d’\u0153ufs et le sucre (pour que la glace obtienne une jolie couleur rose) ou \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration, \u00a0\u00e0 la fin (pour que les fruits restent pr\u00e9serv\u00e9s).<\/p>\n Ajouter maintenant le m\u00e9lange de jaunes d’\u0153ufs, de sucre et de fruit \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me et incorporer les blancs d’\u0153ufs. Attention\u00a0: Ne remuez pas trop fort pour que la glace reste l\u00e9g\u00e8re.<\/p>\n Verser la pr\u00e9paration dans un moule plat et laisser congeler. Si vous la sortez au bout d’environ trois heures, la cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e sera cr\u00e9meuse \u00e0 l’int\u00e9rieur et gel\u00e9e \u00e0 l’ext\u00e9rieur. Miam miam\u00a0! La glace est aussi tr\u00e8s bonne si vous la laissez plus longtemps dans le r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur mais la consistance sera nettement plus ferme que \u00a0celle des glaces normalement.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Cette recette de glace fonctionne aussi avec d’autres fruits comme les fraises ou les myrtilles. Une cuill\u00e8re de th\u00e9 en poudre Matcha \u00e0 la place des framboise fera de votre parfait un dessert glac\u00e9 vert et raffin\u00e9.
